A Zorkian friend of mine is going out with this girl for the past couple of months. He's been totally happy with this Zorkian girl (well, as happy as anyone can be with a big that is) and now he wants to pop the big question to her. But the thing is he doesn't know her background details very well.
Sure, they've been going out for a while and she says she's been married before and is now divorced and all that but my friend is really sure if that is true or not. So, he's in a little predicament. On one hand he wants to propose but on the other he doesn't know if she can be trusted or not.
Well, I say to hell with it, if he isn't sure then dump the blooming bug woman and go find another ... hahaha ... Ok, ok, that whole story was made up. If you believed it then I want to sell you this bridge I have for sale.
But seriously though, it could be real life situation and sometimes you'd just like to be sure about the person you want to spend your life with. If you're in the US, then you could use this company called US Divorce Records and search their data base for Divorce Records online to see if that person is true to you or not. You can search by state, county, city or even the zip code. Cool isn't it?
At least then you know you're not being suckered into committing to anything. They really should have a service like that over here judging my the number of ruined marriages that happens in this country ...
