The Book Of Secrets!

Mrs. Spiff and me have decided that we don't want to sleep too early from now on. On a regular day, we're both in bed by 10pm, sometimes even earlier and we wanna change that. It's not that we're really tired or anything like that, it's just that we've got so used to sleeping early that we don't even realize we're in bed by 10pm!

We've come to realize that by sleeping early we don't spend enough time with each other. Yes, yes, we're mushy mushy in love and all that (hehehe) and if we do go to bed early, we hardly have about 3-4 hours of time to spend with each other. And that doesn't include cooking for the boys which takes at least another hour and some simple cleaning of the kitchen after that. We're both cleanliness freaks and can't stand the place being dirty.

And by the time all that is done, it's nearly time for bed. So, yesterday we decided to stay up late and caught a movie on TV and actually slept close to 1.00am, which was pretty cool. It's been a long while since we both were up that late and we're going to try and stay up late everyday. Hopefully we can pull this off :D

Oh and a little about the movie we watched last night. It was an old movie, I'm sure most of you have seen it already. National Treasure, Book of Secrets, starring Nicholas Cage, a pale imitation of Indiana Jones wanna be. It wasn't such a bad movie, it was just that most of the situations were kinda far fetched, like the kidnapping of the President of the United States from under the noses of his secret service detail. That was kinda hard to believe.

And before that, the sneaking into Buckingham Palace and the Oval office. Unbelievable! Indiana Jones has some pretty far fetched story line but at least it's plausible. But that aside, it was an okay movie if you didn't take the incredulous scenes to seriously. But his (Nicholas Cage) assistant stole the show for me with his witty lines. He provided the comic relief throughout.

Well, I wonder what movie we can watch tonight that will keep us up into the wee hours of the morning? Anyway, if you're in need of some drug treatment, then please do check this site called Promises Treatment Centers out.

10pm is quite early for me to sleep. But I used to go to bed at this hour before I learned blogging, but then I'd be hooked reading books and end up sleeping middle of the night.

staying up late, that is what i do most of the time...so use to it and at times i'll sleep like 4am just 2 force myself to sleep as my body alarm usually wakes up @ 730 in the morning no matter how late or early i sleep :)

I'm also trying to stay up a bit late to catch up a little with my hubs everyday after he is back from work late. I find that it is crucial to communicate & spend some time together every day :)
