When I said I was on a roll, I really wasn't kidding. This happens to be my fourth post for the day. I don't think I've ever written 4 postings in one day! It has to be some sort of record breaking feat for me. But like I said, I need the cash to get Mrs. Spiff something for Valentine's day.
But then, when I really think about it, most things are going to be ridiculously priced come the 14th of February and I don't think I wanna be wasting my money buying her something that I could buy for a fraction of the price on any other normal day.
It's not to say that I'm a cheapskate or anything. I'm just a practical spaceman, that's all. I'll probably get her something either before or after the actual day, something like some wholesale handbags ... LOL!
Mrs. Spiff: 'A wholesale handbag? You want to get clobbered on your cheapskate spaceman head or something?'
Me: 'Gee, I thought you were sleeping? What're you doing reading over my shoulder?'
Mrs. Spiff: 'Well, I need to make sure I get something better than a wholesale handbag now, don't I?'
See, now you guys know why I have to slog it away here trying to earn some money so I can buy Mrs. Spiff something else besides a wholesale handbag for Valentine's day or risk getting my head clobbered ... LOL!

err... he did buy me my ticket to visit my Bebe J last year.. hhahahahahhaa... an all expense holiday... for me to travel all on my own... does that still make him cheap? hehe.. he is wonderful.. and just practical.. sometimes i wish i can kick him for being too practical.. but he is too far for me to kick.. :D
