Darn! Just when my injury plagued knee seems to be nicely healed and ready for a short and easy run this evening, my back decides that it doesn't want to be left out and has decided to hit me with volumes of pain! Siggghhh, somebody up there just doesn't like me much.
The pain is not that bad but it's painful enough to make it uncomfortable and no amount euphonium of is going to dull the pain in time for my short run this evening.
Actually I don't even think if euphonium is a pain killer but it sure sounded like one ... hahaha! Anyways, I think I'm going to lie down for a bit and see if that eases the pain.
