Time To Buy, Buy, Buy ...

Being a little free, well ok, extremely free today, I decided to browse the net for stuff. Not that I was looking for anything in particular. It's just one of those things that you do when you've got loads of idle time on your hands. Besides it's raining out there and it's nice and cold and I'd rather be at home sleeping but since I'm in the office, browsing the net was the next best option.

Anyways, while web surfing, I stumbled upon this pretty cool site called MyUS.com and just as I was about to give it a miss, something in the MyUS.com website caught my eye. They mentioned something about many US retailers that are not willing to send stuff worldwide and that with MyUS.com, they would solve that problem for you.

Now that got me intrigued a little. I remember countless of times when I saw some great product online being sold in the US and after getting all excited and eager to buy it, just when I'm about to place an order, you find that they don't ship the stuff to your part of the world! That can be a real turn off.

But now, with MyUS.com, you can buy whatever you want from US retailers and you can be rest assured that the product you bought will be shipped right to your doorstep. All you need to do is sign up with them to get your own personal US address and they will receive all your packages from the retailers that you bought your stuff from and send them to you all in one nice shipment. Anywhere in the world.

Imagine the money you'd save on shipping costs alone! Now that has made me a very happy man. I've seriously wanted to buy so many things in the past that are sold only in US retails stores but had to give them a miss cos they just don't send things overseas. Well, at least I now know how to get around that problem. The only thing is I'm probably now going to buy all that stuff that I couldn't buy before and will end up being broke again ... siggghhh ...

I wonder if they can send the stuff I buy to Planet Zork. That would be awesome would it? LOL!

I have been using a similar service called Bongo International http://www.BongoUS.com for about a year now. I love their service and the prices are great too! I just bought a Burton snowboard for literally 1/2 the price it is here. Love the prices in the states!
