My Favourite Time Of The Week ...

Hurray, Friday is here and I'm always happy on this day. Who wouldn't be right? Well, unless of course you're a moron who loves work so much! LOL! As for me, work is just a means to get money so I can feed the family and buy things I set my eyes upon, though with the peanuts I'm paid, that is not always a possibility.

Yes, I believe I'm being paid peanuts over here. Getting through to the end of the month seems to be getting more and more difficult these days. I wonder if this is what my parents had to go through while they were bring me up. Back then, being a kid you don't really bother much about anything.

Life was so much simpler back then. All you worry about is whether it was going to rain and ruin your football session with your buddies or whether dinner was ready or not. You didn't really bother about where and how it was done. All you cared about was if there was food on the table or you'd throw a tantrum. You didn't care if your parents had to work their butts off just to make sure everything was there for you.

Well, being a parent now, I see things differently. I see my kids doing the same things I used to do when I was a kid which is to play, watch TV and wonder what time is dinner ... hehehe ... and I don't blame them, they're kids and it's their right to enjoy life as a kid.

It's my responsibility as an adult and parent to make sure they're well provided for but sometimes it sure seems like a herculean task. Especially with how much things cost these days. Here we are having our fuel prices reduced again, which is a great thing but then you get traders and businesses who initially increased their prices citing the increase in fuel price as a reason now turns around and say they won't lower their prices even though the price of fuel has been reduced!

What a bunch of unscrupulous people we have out there. All they think about is making money, which is not wrong, but at least be honorable about it. When you cite rising fuels cost for your increase in prices, then they should lower it now that fuel prices have gone down. But no, they've got all kinds of other 'reasons' why they can't lower their prices! Unscrupulous Morons!

At the rate things are going, I'm probably going to be needing to look at this site called www.credit-land.com to see if I can apply for more credit cards to help me out with the escalating cost of things. They've been voted the best credit card site by their customers, the greatest site for balance transfers and the best rates for your everyday purchases. Oh and they've also been recommended by experts :D

Anyways, lets put all those bad vibes aside and get ready to welcome the weekend. I have no idea what my plans are just yet, but I intend for it to be associated with the words 'HAVING FUN' ... hehehe ...
