What? It's Monday Already???

Geez weekends pass by so fast, especially when you're having a great weekend! Oh well, there's always next weekend :D And it's going to be a nice long weekend cos it's a public holiday on Monday due to the Deepavali, the Hindu new year. I'm already looking forward to it cos I have places to visit.

One is an open house that I've religiously attended every year on this day at a banana leaf restaurant that my buddy and me used to frequent everyday at one time long ago.

Every year they have an open house for breakfast to thank all their loyal (well, I'm not that loyal anymore, but who cares ... LOL!) customers by offering free breakfast food. And the place is generally packed with greedy patrons like me going for the free food. I have no shame, I know ... LOL!

Then there is another buddy's house that me and two more of my buddies are going. We hope he remembers that he invited us over but even if he's forgotten, me and my buddies have no shame, so we'll just go anyway ... LOL! Man, I should stop thinking about the weekend and the coming Deepavali festivities cos it's only Monday and there is still a long way to go before the weekend comes.

I've got quite a bit of work to be done this week in the office but before all that I'd better check out some Amazon books cos I've totally run out of books to read at home already.

Yyun - Ok, now I'm not sure already ... LOL! I'm assuming it's on Monday. That's what the calenders in my office say. I think I'd better ask someone to make sure. Don't want to be attending open houses on the wrong day ... LOL!
