It's a good thing I can't run for a whole week cos if I could I'd be cursing silly right now cos it's raining cats and dogs out there. I'm actually happy that it's raining cos it's been a heck of a hot week!
At least I won't feel so bad about this self imposed ban from running that I recently bestowed upon myself to heal my leg injury (I wonder if taking any testosterone supplements would help the healing process). With the rain, I simply cannot run even if I wanted to, besides the lightning and thunder is pretty scary too.
But it really is a relief to see the rain. It's been unbearably hot and I welcome the cool temperatures the downfall is bringing. Now if it'll only rain all day long.
