One Cool Frame ...

I was out for an appointment a little earlier today and happen to pass by this store and saw this amazing little gadget. I wouldn't really call it a gadget but it was electronic though. You know how at home you have tons of photo frames lying around all over with those nice pictures of your loved ones and memories of your holidays, etc, etc, etc? And sometimes you just plain run out of space for all those photo frames?

What I saw in this shop is the answer to that problem. They were selling this thing called a digital photo frame where you can have tons of pictures in one single frame and it will display it on a nice LCD screen like a slide show. How cool is that? I though that would make an excellent Christmas gift for someone so I went it to enquire more about it but unfortunately, they don't have stock. What a bummer!

The moment I go back to the office, I logged on and searched online and I found this site called Digitalframez.com offering these digital frames in various different sizes depending on your preference. It's actually pretty easy to use. All you need to do is transfer your memory card directly in to the digital photo frame and download the pictures and you're ready to roll :) It even has sound and you can also display video playbacks on it. I really need to go get myself one of these. With the amount of digital pictures I have lying around, this would be a great solution to displaying them :)

I agree that this is a great gift idea for family members and loved ones. I got one for my mom for Christmas and she loved it. It took her a little time to figure out the memory card transfer part, but that's the older pre-tech generation for you!

Either way, I definitely recommend picking up one of these digital picture frames!
