How About A Bullion For Christmas, Honey?

You know what? Christmas is just 5 days away and I still haven't bought anything for Mrs. Spiff yet. I know, I know, I don't have much time but I'm still really unsure of what to get her? She did give me a wish list and all but I'd like to surprise her with something totally different. You see, if I get her what's on her wish list, she'll more or less know what it is and it takes the thrill out of surprising here.

I'd like to get her some jewelery but she's not the kind who goes for those bling bling kinda stuff (which, I'm thankful for ... LOL!). Maybe I'll just buy gold for her. And I mean really buying gold in the actual sense! And it won't be one of those gold rings or earring thingys or anything like that. I'd like to get her one of those really huge gold bullion bars. Now that would be some surprise. LOL!

I can imagine her face when she opens the gift and as she says:

'Now what in tarnations do you expect me to do with this gold bullion?'

'Shucks Honey, how would I know? Maybe you could proudly tell the neighbours about how much the bullion costs or something.' (LOL)

Actually I wonder how much one of those gold bullions really do cost. Maybe I could look it up in some gold price chart or something. I'm sure I'll get the info I need there. Then again, do I really want to know how much they cost! I think I'll just have to look at her wish list once again, maybe there's something in there I could actually afford!
