The Not So Holy ...

I'm a catholic, not a very good one at that but a catholic all the same. And I was going through this article I got courtesy of Metro.co.uk and read about this catholic priests with a passion for body paint and not on himself mind you.

With all the bad press about catholic priests these days, he's really not doing them any favours! Read on and see what I mean.

A Catholic priest has been jailed for a year after it emerged he smeared stage paint on schoolgirls' naked bodies more than three decades ago.

Father Peter Carr abused seven girls, sometimes while alone with them, before school plays from 1969 to 1975, a court heard.

The 73-year-old was exposed after two victims – a solicitor and a singer both now in their 40s – met recently on the Friends Reunited website and compared stories.

Carr's claim he had been trying 'to put on a good show' while teaching drama at the school in the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, was rejected. Jailing him at Gloucester Crown Court, judge Martin Picton said the priest's actions left victims feeling 'degraded and humiliated'.

Carr, of Battersea, south London, was also given a restraining order preventing him working with children.

And with children at that! What is this world coming too these days? Isn't anything sacred too? Maybe they should let catholic priests get married like some of the other Christian denominations out there. Maybe then these catholic priests would be so darn perverted all the time and spare some of those alter boys the abuse!

What a lame excuse he came up with! Yeah, right... I wonder what kind of show he had in mind while painting the naked children's bodies.

Priest or no priest, he's sick! I'm glad he's behind bars.
